All of our pieces are handmade and made to order so we ask for a grace period of at least three weeks to make and ship out all orders.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on most items. If you have any issues with your order please contact twelvenewyork@gmail.com and supply all needed information to formally request a refund/repair.
